Using the site was annoying again. The pages were loading really slowly, the menu felt all over the place, and checkout took me a few tries before it finally worked. It’s just tiring running into the same kind of issues every time.

The battery has been disappointing. I charged it all the way up, and after just a few days it was already dying, even though I only used it like twice a day.
Now I have to keep plugging it in all the time, which got annoying fast. For what it cost, I really expected it lasts longer. I wouldn’t buy it again.

In the end, I basically didn’t get the help I needed. I messaged support twice, but the replies took way too long and when they finally did respond, the answers weren’t really useful. Frustrating experience overall.

I wanted to like this brush because it does the job okay, but wow, it’s way louder than I expected. I know these things aren’t silent, but this one has a really harsh sound, especially first thing in the morning. My partner can hear it from the other room, which is annoying. For the price, I thought it would be a lot quieter. When I asked about it, I basically got the usual “that’s our policy” type of response, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s not the worst product ever, but I don’t really enjoy using it.

I’ve been using the same brush head for a while now and it’s still holding up fine... no complaints there. I just wish the shipping had been a little faster.

My order from Brevibrushes showed up in good shape. The brushes were wrapped nicely, and everything inside was fine with no scratches or damage. The only thing I noticed was a small dent on one corner of the box, but it didn’t affect the products at all. A little extra padding would make the packaging feel more secure, but for the price and quality, I’d say it was still a good experience.

I thought this would be handy for trips, but its just too bulky to fit comfortably in my bag. Not really something Id want to carry around.

The return was easy overall, like I said, nothing too complicated. It just took a bit longer than I expected, but like I said, the process itself was simple enough.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s getting frustrating. I reached out to support a few times, but it kind of felt like they kept brushing me off instead of actually helping. I don’t want to assume the worst, but this really doesn’t feel right.

My gums used to feel sore, but after using this they’re way less irritated now. Def happy with it!

I’m annoyed. The brush broke way sooner than it should have, and when I reached out to support, I never heard anything back. Like, make it make sense, the product fails and then customer service just disappears?

I ordered from brevibrushes.com hoping the brush would hold up for a decent amount of time, but after just a few weeks it started coming apart. The bristles got loose quickly and the handle already feels kind of cheap.

I wasn’t doing anything rough with it, I just used it like a normal everyday brush. For what it cost, I expected better, I don’t think I’d buy another one

The brushes themselves were fine once they finally arrived, but the shipping took longer than I think most people would reasonably expect. I also didn’t get many updates, so I was mostly just waiting and guessing when the package would show up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but if you need something within a normal timeframe, this probably isn’t the best option.

Am I missing something, or are these just kind of overpriced? The brushes are fine, I guess, but they don’t feel like anything special, and I’m not super confident they’ll hold up for long. For the price, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy them again.

I really wanted to like this, but the bristles are just way too soft for me. I kept brushing and feeling like it wasn’t really doing much, like my teeth still didn’t feel as clean as I’m used to. Maybe it works for someone who likes a super gentle brush, but for me it just didn’t feel effective. I probably won’t buy it again

I picked these up after getting tired of staring at the same dingy grout lines and the tiny spaces around the sink that always seem to collect gunk. I already had a regular cleaning brush, but it was just a little too bulky for those spots, so I figured these were worth trying.

They took a bit of scrubbing, so it’s not like the dirt magically disappeared, but the bristles did get into corners better than what I was using before. They’re firm enough to loosen old buildup, but they didn’t feel so rough that I was nervous about scratching the sink or tile.

The handle could feel a little sturdier, which is mainly why I wouldn’t call them perfect. Still, after using them for the grout and sink edges, things ended up cleaner than I expected, so overall I’m happy with them...

I ended up not using this much because the handle just feels awkward in my hand. At first I thought I’d get used to the grip, but after brushing for a bit, my hand actually started to hurt. It’s probably fine for some people, but it didn’t work for me.

I ordered a few weeks ago i was already in a frustrated mood by the time I realized it still hadn’t arrived. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I contacted support, I just got the same vague response over and over. At this point, I don’t see myself ordering from here again

The brush itself is fine, but charging it has been a constant hassle. The cable feels cheap and flimsy, and half the time I have to wiggle it around just to get it to actually start charging. I tried reaching out about it too, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really help. it’s more headache than it’s worth for me.

I bought my Brevi brush a few months ago and was a little worried about how easy it would be to find replacement heads later. Turns out they have them right on the site, and the shipping time was normal. I do wish there were a few more pack options to choose from, but overall it was simple enough and I’ll keep ordering them when I need more.
